Hi guys, i cannot find Epsom Salts here and dont have myself an enema kit yet, but would really like to do the flush soon. I have some capsules of Magnesium sulfate. If i tipped them into water, would it work as well do you think?
It seems that people have used different magnesiums to the same effect?

Where are you that u cant find Epsom Salts ? I am in Thailand and have gone through a hell of a past two days looking for them but found them today. If by a small chance you are here I can tell you where to find them. If you are in Asia most of the chinese herbalists will have them. Good luck

MoreThis is a reply to # 95,479in a small town in Slovakia!! i am sure they have them, but the places that should/would sell them dont stock it anymore.
but i will be in the UK soon, so maybe i will just wait.

This is a reply to # 95,479Sawadi Krop. I know that in Thailand the Pharmacies have laxatives. In fact the selecitions are quite good there. All you need is either Magnesium sulphate or Magnesium Citrate. I have used Magnesium Citrate, it works well. Some people think that Mg SO4 opens bile ducts, but I see no reason why Mg Citrate would'nt do the same.
