Hi friend! I also had some bleeding within the first few days after removal. Fran 74 posted some useful info on red rasberry leaf tea helping with the bleeding. I am also trying it since it is supposed to help keep the uterus healthy. It should go away soon:)I agree it is upsetting to have to worry about another method of BC and periods(yuck forgot how heavy they used to be for me) but like you mention it is so much better to be rid of the side effects and so worth the removal! As to the BC I am unsure what to recommend. I do not tolerate any! My OBGYN has officially said I am not a good candidate for any hormonal BC. Wonder what gave him that idea LOL!!!!! You may be different friend and able to use another method. I would find a qualified doc to discuss options. I also recommend reading the doctors prescribing insert for whatever you are thinking of using. This way you will be better informed as to the risks associated with use. It is usually available online for you to read. Personally I think the safest thing is condoms. Me and hubby have bounced around natural family planning but in order to make this work you really have to watch your body and on certain days obstain from intimate contact. Still not sure if we are going to do this but will continue to use condoms in the meantime. Let me know how it all goes for you friend. Glad to see your side effects are gone! Hope the new BC works out great! Take care and post back to let us know how you are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
