Just wondered what you think to this?
Any feedback would be much appreciated. I'm trying to publish this in multiple forums, but get a 'too short post error'.
The blog starts thusly:
Basically, the Evolutionary Health Plan (EHP) consists of a number of ‘suggestions’ that are presented in a bullet point list:
Each suggestion supports an action or method, intended to create an environment more expected by our cells’ three and a half thousand million years’ evolutionary experience. So without further ado, here they are:
Vaping is a controversial topic. While some people believe that vaping is safer compared to smoking taking it as an alternative to it, the others are strongly against vaping leveling vaping to the smoking (both are nicotine consumption). The two camps have their reasonable arguments. However, one of the most important questions is whether vaping causes lung cancer.
Despite vaporizers are not an official smoking cessation aid, the process of vaping can satisfy one’s nicotine hunger without producing tobacco smoke. In this terms, various cancerogenic matters are not produced while vaping. At the same time, there may be many toxic chemicals in the vapor people breathe in.
A Harward research indicates that "51 types of flavored e-cigarettes and liquids sold by leading brands" [contain dangerous ingredients, such as] diacetyl, acetoin, and 2,3-pentanedione." Also, the long-term effects of vaping are similar to smoking (but not because of nicotine). Such effects as inflammation of the lung cells and popcorn lung are common for both smoking and vaping.
Overall, there is no clear answer yet whether vaping causes cancer or not. Still, vaping is a risky behavior which requires more research to conduct to get the answers.
