Our mental ability to overthink and create worry about our situations can be ballanced sometimes by dealing with the body in a purely physical way.
Mabey you might consider a gentle sustained pressure chiropracter or evan better get involved with a hatha yoga class that emphsises stretch and relaxation vs the classes that try to raise energy ect.
