try applying unflavored/unsweetened yoghurt on your skin (whole body, including hair/scalp) after a shower. let it seat for 5 to 10 mins and then rinse w/ water. do this once a day for at least 1 week. the yoghurt will replenish the lost good bacteria on your skin. it will fight off the bad bacteria which feeds off sweat and debris on our skin which causes the odor.
