ah wierd i had hairloss for a long time too. Finally figured out it was a hormonal imbalance brought on by my birth control pill. After i went off of it the hairloss stopped but when i started oping the hair fallout came back. I think it was the toxins coming out in my scalp or something, but it only lasted for about 3 weeks or so. It's back down again. In my experience hairloss usually has an internal reason, have you figured yours out yet? Of course it could just be hereditary although doctors tend to just go with "it's hereditary" when your whole family could have the same deficiency that's causing said hairloss. Anyway good luck!
