I'm sorry if I sound rude, but I've read about people who cannot move their bowels without an enema...and I don't want to be one of them! To me, an enema is the very last choice, if nothing else helps. I use Psyllium, Flax, lots of water, and lots of fruit and veggies to get my bowels moving. Occasionally I do use Iodine, but not on a regular basis, as I know when I have enough in my body. I only use an enema if none of this works...and that's ONLY after having labs done on my thyroid, to see if that's the problem. Increasing my thyroid medicine or taking magnesium normally gets rid of constipation. The parasite cleanses always help too. Enema is a very last resort though. Thanks, and God Bless!
