Interesting observation

Since I have been having the yucky metallic taste in my mouth I have been oil swishing more during the day. I have left a couple of swishes in a plastic container just because I did a few back to back swishes and didn't spit in the sink the first time. I came back and there is a layer of clear stuff on the bottom, a thick white chunky layer in the middle, and a layer of yellow oil on the top. I don't really remember there being such a pronounced layer of more clear stuff on the bottom, below the chunky white stuff. There is more of it and it is more clear. I don't know how to describe it, but it looks different from the other times that I have let it sit. So, I wonder if that is just the more of the metals in the oil separating to the bottom. Tweet
