One should take magnesiun supplements away from calcium because of absorption. That is what I read. The calcium can bump out the magnesium. I read that one should take one of them(either the cal. or mag) in the morining and the other at night.
Read the reviews. You could also try regular Magnesium Citrate powder since the Natural Calm is on the higher price side. Now Foods makes one and it is cheap.
