my apologies, I see it's spelled 'naan' in English. Taken from wikipedia:

"Naan (Hindi: नान, Urdu/Persian: نان, IPA [nɑn]) is a round flatbread made of white flour. Naan resembles pita bread and, like pita bread, is usually leavened with yeast; unleavened dough (similar to that used for roti)..."

Okay, so looks like flour, and yeast - which could definitely be a problem.
