you should check out the juice fasting forums. they have a lot of knowledgable people there. you can juice any fruit or vegetable. drink as much juice as you want and that should be easier on your system. you might wanna try the "smooth move" herbal stimulant laxative tea by traditional medicinals- it tastes good and you drink it before bed, so you probably won't feel your stomach hurting. just keep drinking water and (are you on a juice fast?) lots of organic juices and you should feel better.
