I tried my first fast last Fri. and only made it till dinnertime. I used to have great stamina & willpower but lately I can't even make it half a day. I'm gearing myself up right now. When were you thinking about starting? I might want to do it w/ you if you are interested in doing together for support.
I need to lose some weight myself, I'm about 160lbs & I'm 5'9". None of my skinny jeans fit anymore & I've been wearing skirts trying to hide the "fatness" Let me know! BTW, I enjoy all your posts:) I'd love to shoot for 150lbs. right now.
