That is great advice, water one day, juice the next or vise versa, either way. I just want to actually get through 1 day! I'm so excited about doing this but I'm also fearful! What can happen? I'm fearful of the unknown...I've got plenty of padding from where my body can eventually draw energy from!:) so in that department I'm all covered.
What type of juice were you thinking about? I've got a juicer, for me it might be easier to go w/ the H2O first so I can gather my stuff for day 2, what do you think? I'm game for either or. Let me know! I guess I'll just start tomorrow:)
