thank you both fonty and chris!!! as i've said before, you two are very knowledgeable!!! also, every other day fasting was brought up in another forum. well this got me thinking, and while i don't think every other day fasting would be a good idea, what do you think of fasting every 5 to 10 days, and then eating a balanced meal, and then fasting again for 5-10 days, until you feel like it's time to stop due to meeting goals in weightloss or otherwise. the forum this was brought up in was the fasting for weight loss forum, and the goals there are mostly weightloss, but i do enjoy the detox goals too. now, i would
Water Fast for those 5 or 10 days, and then my one meal would be light and consist of fruit and vegetables. do you think the weight loss would be the same pretty much? i know this may not be the right forum to post this in, but i knew that you two would have some sensible and good opinions, so i figured i'd give it a shot. let me know what you think please!!! thanks!
