In my own opinion, fasting for 5 to 10 days with a meal in between time would be fine, so long as you break the fast properly with high water-content food such as melon or oranges and so on, but being careful NOT to overeat. It depends entirely on your goals and reasons for fasting. I think this regimen would be ok for weightloss.
This could be a more difficult time rather than continuing with the water fast, because of the stimulation of appetite with the reintroduction of food. I also think the benefits would also be reduced in terms of healing and cleansing but still beneficial all the same. Be careful to listen to your body and its energy levels concerning rest and physical activity.
