it is disappointing to hear that you have in some way been "ousted" by some members from the Water Fasting Forum: I certainly hope I wasn't one of them.

I thought I hadn't seen you post in a while,and came looking to see how you are getting on with your fasting experiences; which I hope are all good ones with lots of benefits.
I have been looking back at the posts in that forum but can't for the life of me find any abuse or argumentative members who ganged up on you as it were.

Any-hows if you decide to return (which I hope you do), I shall do my utmost in your defence to allow the freedom of posting that anyone else deserves.
