I am not a partaker yet, but I have ordered a bottle to try.

As for the ganglion. It is a painful lump growing out the tendon my wrist. The old fashioned way to get rid of them was to hit them with a large book to burst them, but my doc told me that it is no guarantee they won't come back, or that it will even work. And he said that they can turn septic sometimes if you do that.
