FIRST flush TONIGHT - PLEASE answer several questions.

1. After taking the olive oil, grapefruit juice combo, in the middle of the night, if I am thirsty can I drink some water or an Emergen-C drink? Am already very thirsty.
2. Is there any chance I can have real health crisis doing this protocol? ....Lodged stone requiring surgery, harming my kidneys by overload from Epsom Salts , etc.
Thanks much in advance for anyone's response/thoughts/experience, etc....Just a little scared.
