I am sorry to hear about all the mean responses you have received. Water Fasting is a complicated thing I am learning (I am still finding out about the best way for me). I do believe that fast can help compulsive overeating. I am experinceing the need to eat less after 2day fast. Still, there is a long way ahead of me. I am afraid of the extreams - either abandoning all restraints or being to put anything else in my mouth because of the fear that it is dirty, processed.....How pure can we get without going crazy? Thank you for posting.
I am still wondering if my small fasts are worth anything (plus I still take prescribed medication:( which I don't think really leanses me - at the same time I don't want to crash compleatly.)
I started to fast with the help of my meds, mowntain dew (yes, it is horrible), then I replaced it with jasmin tea and now - just water.
