OK, Anyone up for a fast starting say Monday? I ate and ate, desserts as well as turkey and stuffing and I'm still eating leftovers but I'm feeling bloated and gassy and gross, I'm generally feeling like a stuffed turkey!
Anyone want to detox and cleanse and lose some added Turkeyday weight? I'm ready, any takers?
