What's with this label inconsistency - rather, why do my bottles consistently have only the JCrows label and never any reference to Ricco, et al.? HH received these bottles from you?

I have personally never noticed any variation amongst all orders from you, and I've placed nearly a dozen by now. (Maybe once a bottle appeared slightly less concentrated.)

Is HH correct that she received bottles with other company labels and if so - why? Tweet
