I tried my second round of fasting last week but just "couldn't get into it". So frustrating! Especially after successfully fasting for an 11 day run, this time around I only made it until dinnertime. I tried every day last week but to no avail.
I will try again this coming week. I've decided to try and stick with juice at least the first 3 days then switch to water only.
If anyone has any tricks of the trade or thoughts on fasting they may want to share with me I'd really appreciate the good advice!
I've just got to get off the ground! I start tomorrow, Dec. 3rd.
