I do eat sensibly. I am the salad queen - that is the grean salad, not that shef salad with everything but the kitchen sink. Tuna fish is my friend. I drink water. I take multi-vitamin for women with folic acid (I find it hard to slollow and often throw it up as many other suplements - my stomach don't like taht stuff much but because I am in preparing my body to become a mom in the near (one year) future, I am stuffing this folic acid plus eat foods naturally rich in this vitamin.
I do exersise. Go for walks. Do yoga, pilates, etc.
What caused my depresion? God only knows - I am so fortunate, especially at this point in my life. I never have had it so easy (knock on wood), not that I did not work hard to get to this point. I have a happy realshinship with my husband and I am about to start my first professional job this January. There are no external stressors - I don't know why? Why?
Finally, I do hope that your statement "proper nutrition...heel any mental..." is true. I aslo do hope that one day I can say that it is true for me too.
