I have Arise and Shine Worm Squirm with the ingredients you mentioned. I took 6 of those last night, and I noticed some small dead things in my bm this morning. Not sure if those are gravel- or stones from my LF, or if they are die off from the 6 capsules. Anyhow, better out than in. I wasn't sure how many capsules to take, I did read Tellman's blog and he took 6 -7 so I figured I'll take 6. Last time I tried a parasite cleanse with those caps I just did one a day and that probably wasn't enough.

I have zapped before and that worked great, but I gave my zapper to my mother and havent' seen it since. I've also done the very fast Co q 10 blast of 3000 mg's that Hulda Clark recommends for her hard to reach parasites and was VERY successful at getting those buggers out. I could feel some of them biting me as they died. In the morning of that, I do those late at night on an empty stomach so in the morning I see the results. There were many round curled up dead white things in my stool.

I did feel quite a resurgance of energy after those blasts.

Also, my right shoulder bursitis is much less painful since my LF.
