C'mon, you are beautiful. There has to be something you do well and take pride in. Try similar things and build your self-esteem that way. Do you exercise regularly? Once you start seeing and/or feeling changes you'll probably increase your self-esteem too. You may not believe me, but many people at times have a lower self-esteem than they should. Are you relatively healthy? Look for all of your positives and dwell on all that is right with you. That'll make you feel better. And remember...YOU are beautiful.
