--sweating feet & Potassium--

Hi aak,

I need some time to think about your variables, but since you have said that your feet and fingers are colder, this indicates your Potassium levels may be too high in ratio to the needed Sodium and may be why you are sweating more in your feet ?

What kind of warm weather fruits are you eating?

And where you are living, is it in a colder weather area time of year ?

Also do you know where your Kelp is comming from?

I will try to answer your other questions some time in the near future?

Smile Tis your choice.
