Answer: This may be where some of your problem may be ?

The Orange juice may have NPN in it along with too much Potassium in the form of Potassium Nitrate, which may Cause the problems of feeling Cold and your Cramps etc?

The other juices may also add to this problem if they are of Poor quality?

The orange and rasberry and grape juice may be of Poor quality, thus having too much Potassium in ratio to the needed Sodium, as well as they may carry too much Free Nitrogen as NPN ?

Also the orange juice contains much Citric Acid, which may add to the bodys problems of Acidity?

Citrus juices of Poor quality may Cause many folks many problems, especially during the colder times of the year when they need more Sodium in ratio to the amount of Potassium in their bodys !

The idea of drinking orange juice in the winter or colder time of the year for supposed Health benefits may Cause more problems instead of helping as it is supposed to do ?
