Re: OP is Zen

Oil pulling is pure bliss! It is a wonderful therapy, for something so modest and accessible it is surely a Titan in realm of healing. I look forward to doing it every morning, it is a routine for me and it has returned so much to my health in manifold ways by being a devotee of this practice. It has opened the world of ayurveda and Indian culture to me by awakening my curiosity in a number of areas such as cosmetic ayurvedic medicine in the use of Amla oil for lusterous healthy hair to learning more about the Buddha of herbs, Tulsi for healing, an exploration into the world of vedic astrology and talking to people about vedic political systems as well. I have procured genuine Rudraksha beads for healing and metaphysical use and I have even learned how you can grow your own Rudraksha tree in your own back garden from seeds you can break open from a bead and plant yourself. Oil pulling opens many doors. It causes you to reflect on the medical establishment and the commercialisation of healing as well as the cover-ups in pharmaceuticals and the ineffectiveness of western medicine. It encourages you to be your own physician. It tests paradigms and increases the gathering of your momentum in other areas of your life too. It is efficient and economical. I love what it has done for me. Something 1000's of years old can't be wrong - it saved my life and added to it so much more in prosperity.
