I read that. That's the ONLY place I've read that. And since I've started using ACV every day, I've seen a dramatic improvement in my energy levels. I don't think there's anything wrong with ACV. And this guy has no scientific evidence for saying don't use vinegar. He just says you shouldn't use it because it's "fermented" and that may or may not cause problems with candida.
I've heard that tempeh can also be helpful with candida. It's also fermented.
