Re: Cottage cheese and flax help please..

I've been making my cottage cheese and flax mixture by using a hand (stick) blender... always in a GLASS container (not plastic... you don't want to get any of the plastic in the mixture) and adding cinnamon and AGAVE nectar. Agave nectar is a fantastic NATURAL sweetner - low glycemic and has no strange aftertaste.

For me... there's lots of genetic cancer in my family. I've been creeping up on the blood Sugar readings until using this. Within ONE WEEK of using this, my blood Sugar has stablized, my blood pressure is normal. I'm not taking any meds.

Great side effect to using this... my dry skin is better every week. (I'm in week 5) and my very dry feet have returned to normal.

While I did this to just boost overall health and hoped to stave off the cancers my family inherited, I'm finding I feel fantastic.

I actually crave the mixture each morning. I eat it straight, or like a spread on a whole grain toast instead of butter. Adding the cinnamon and making it somewhat sweet makes it taste a lot like a cheesecake mixture. It's so good this way, that my two grandsons beg for some on their toast!
