You fail to define what "natural water" is. If you are referring to hard spring water, that is incorrect.
Water inside plants is a combination of condensed water and water that has been metabolized by the plant. Plants are far better chelators than mammals, and so water found inside them is far different than water found from natural springs. In fact, closer to steam distilled in every way except organic mineral content.
It is true distilled water leaches unusable minerals from the body, but I fail to see how that woudl be harmful.
