so my new years resolution was to control my portion size and exercise everyday...
I have two kids 2 years and 4 months, after my 4 month old was born I slimed right down to my prepregnancy size but I still wanted to lose 10-15lbs so I slowly started to think about portion size and tried to do some kind of exercise everyday...my resolution was to get down to business and do it everyday! so it was about Dec 29th and I started to feel hungry, like I wanted to eat everything in site then I started to feel lazy, and bloated! oh no! I had PMS! (the first time since my 4 month was born.) I was not expecting that! so I said to myself "I'll just start next week!". but now I have a cold!
so with my aunt flow being here and a nice cold to go along with her I feel like I've gained 10 pounds since the 1st!
anyone have any advise on how to control the PMS "eat everything in site" and foods I can eat to boost my energy and what I can go to lose all this extra "fat" that my PMS and cold gave me????
