Great. Thanks. For me it is hard to get alkaline with food. It seems 1/3 of the people need meat (of course grassfed etc), it has to do with metabolic typing, it works the opposite of regular alkalizing.
It also works for lowering your cholesterol, after changing and cutting out all grains and limiting fruit, for the first time my tri-glycerides went to normal and the total cholesterol is better too. Took me 4 years to find this out, I learned it from a lady (Chava) on the cholesterol forum,her whole family had trouble with high tri-glycerides. I thought I was eating healthy before, almost vegetarian.
