I don't really add Sugar to anything anymore. Like you said, there is enough of it in everything anyway, without having to add it.
I don't drink tea or coffee. I have always hated coffee, even the smell of it gives me a headache. I drank tea socially and I like herbal tea, but since learning that there is fluoride in tea green tea, I have stopped drinking that too. I used to like 2 sugars in my tea years ago, but weaned myself off them.
The only thing I currently use stevia in is ACV. I actually prefer the taste of honey but know that stevia is probably better for me.
