I didn't see a debate forum that looked appropriate but really just trying to get feedback and learn more. I personally have issue with constipation and parts of this (I didn't read, just perused) seem to ring true.
Also, since this is the diet/nutrition forum, what foods contain fiber? I assume that in this post they refer to all grains basically. They say "fiber" but plant fibers in fruits and veggies don't seem to be what they're referring to. Since I'm trying to work on digestive issues and have a history of eating grains, it makes sense to me that those don't help but is that what they refer to? Anyway, I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
