Interesting account of your story, thanks for sharing...

Of course I would imagine that you know it already, the part about drinking lot of water to help with the detox... and of course the most obvious, to cut back on the dose next time...


In the meantime, while the discomfort seems to linger, try playing with deep conscious breathing into the parts that are feeling un-well.
You might be familiar with it already, not hard to do - just lay somewhere comfortably and spend as much time as you feel comfortable sending deep, connected breaths into your neck, and your joints... see if something shifts...

I just started experimenting with it myself, and while I cannot say conclusively, that it ALWAYS works, it definitely seems to alleviate lot of the irritation and the aches, associated with the detox.
