I am starting a 29 day juice fast today for the month of February. My goal is to loose 30 pounds. Right now I am around 260 and the clothes I have now are all TIGHT! Yikes!! Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone needed a fasting buddy?? This is the first LONG fast that I have done (I have done several 6-7 day ones in the past). My question is, how much of the weight that I will loose over the next 29 days will I gain back?? Any thoughts??
