I read all the replies on the greens and want to order some in bulk from mountain rose. What is the best to order 1 lb of barley and 1 lb of wheat? Please don't tell me to pick one because this is all new to me but I want to get on the band wagon too. The greens in the health shops are expensive and contain things like vitamin c that are not alowed.
