I started getting constipated in the 3rd week. So I took 2 tablespoons castor oil that I bought at the health food store. It was like taking 6 enemas. I passed a couple of liver flukes from it. Then I ate alot of onions and sweet squash which are foods that help the good bacteria grow well from what i've read. I stayed away from refines carbs and sweets. That worked well for me. My body got back into balance.
