??? How to Mix Citric Acid crystals to make MMS activitor

Hello to all forum members.
Can anyone give me the correct forumla for making my own citric acid Miracle-Mineral-Supplement activator. I have the citric actid crystals. but do not know how to mix with distilled water to get the percentage activator, as suggested. Jim Humble says in one place 10% and in another place 5% activator. So I also need to be clear on this (percentage) as well. Thans to all whom may give me some advice. I am currently using fresh squezed lemon juice, but it sounds like the citric acid does a better job.Also anyhone notice any difference in using Citric vx lemon juice or vinager.?
