which is a 'Recommended' post. When I was mixing the citric acid , the tea/table spoon method was clumsy for me -- I found my shot glass worked better and yielded more quantity. But since reading the bad rap, I switched to raw apple cider vinegar, which is easier. By the way, after three minutes I mix with water 'sweetened' by vegetable glycerine, which doesn't elevate blood Sugar like other sweeteners, doesn't feed candida, and has an acceptable pH.
