I may be well out of my league here - but figured I'd post what I'd do:
Dr. Kelly (dont' know if you've read some of his lecture comments or book) says (essentially) to follow [his protocol] until you feel sick, then take a week or so off then go back to it." (this is a very VERY loose recollection but the essence of his words stays with me for other applications.)
Anyhow, I would also help the body to unload toxins by dry brushing, castor oil compresses and LOTS AND LOTS of fresh lemon juice, garlic, and Cayenne. add sunlight and maybe a bit of brisk walking or rebounding if you can.
