Thanks Hellth. A local friend made me aware of the debate yesterday and has spoken with the Biosafe guy a fair bit. I have to catch up on all of that!

It would be unfortunate for him to complain, esp if he is in Australia and maybe doesn't understand how draconian it is getting around here.

A big concern I have about selling the liquid.. is that I know from health product MLMs I have been in that you can, in no cases, use testimonials to sell a product unless you have the studies that show the results that people are reporting. This applies to providing the 'educational' information on the website.

Probably the safest thing to do is sell the solution for water purification with only directions for that, labelled properly for the hazards and don't mention ingestion at all!

It is also best to have just info health sites separate from the product sales sites. Thre are so many FTC and FDA laws to adhere to. Tweet
