YOu know, you can take 1/2 a drop. Just make 1 drop, add water, then just drink 1/2 the water.

A friend is doing 8 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in 40 oz water bottle and sipping it throughout the day. NOT activated. That is about 1ppm and depending on stomach acid to activate. Maybe that will be more gentle for you.
