Great post. I forgot to mention in my other response that while I'm leaning more toward a raw diet right now, I do eat a little high quality meat, though it is not always from a perfectly clean source (i.e. I do still eat at restaurants and I'm quite sure they don't have my health in mind). A kid can't do this, but I eat it when I feel I need it, which is typically about twice a week these days. I don't eat meats or fish raw, since I know I'm still dealing with a parasite problem.
