Perhaps, not my conclusion. The conclusion of a widescale study. I was not the lead researcher and did not spearhead the study.

In this case the fruits and vegetables used in the study were not graded against the brix scale but had a positive effect. Perhaps, they were good quality fruits and vegetables to begin with.
I wasn't trying to start a debate or I would have posted this in the debate forum. It was only posted for informational purposes, so people could draw their own conclusions. As far as the health value of good fruits and vegetables are concerned, I have never been in disagreement with this.
