Okay, not had a coffee since 12.30, so that's over 6hrs. Last 3 day fast, it was difficult, cold turkey.
I posted an EFT craving buster awhile ago, and i didn't get around to using it last time. anyway, this afternoon, i used it a couple of times, and my jove i think it works.
I cooked my son his dinner, and he will probably want a bacon sandwich when he get back from the gym. If it was just me, i would not have any junk in fridge or cupboards, but i can't dictate to him what to eat at his age. The smell of bacon does make you think you're hungry.
I have just noticed how many cooking programmes there are on the tv. I can't wait for bedtime, as i'm sure tomorrow will be easier. I think if you eat in the morning like i did, you feel more hungry, although not that bad. Alot of it is habit though. I found the first 3 day fast over the weekend easier, because i wasn't so bored. I hope to get my new fasting book soon to inspire me to carry on past the 3 days.
I'm taking one day at a time, but hope to do 5 or 7 days this time.
