Oxygen Therapy for Anxiety/Panic Attacks

I started taking cellfood less than a month ago, I believe it was, and my anxiety has improved a lot! This therapy has really confirmed for me that anxiety is both a physical and a mental/emotional problem. Things have to be depleted enough physically for anxiety and panic attacks to occur in the first place. It happens on both a physical level and an emotional/mental level. I'm sick of psychiatrists and psychologists who advocate cognitive therapy and gradual exposure to "problem situations" like social situations or whatever may tend to trigger panic attacks, while igonring the physical component.
So, just wanted to document my success. I've been able to drive more and do more things. The specific problems that I had been having were/are panic attacks and agoraphobia, which resulted in me being more or less housebound.
