I had emailed the class action link too and had never heard back, but then I called them and was sent paperwork to fill out. It seemed that they had not determined that they had enough of a case yet. I believe that when we all signed that paperwork, we may have waived a great deal, if not all, of our ability to sue. I've been wanting to read that paperwork again, does anybody have a copy? It sure would seem that it could not possibly be legal to have someone waive away future rights to sue in regards to side effects that one was never warned could possibly happen in the first place. The berlex report that was available for the "canadian FDA" sure made it sound like the company was aware that many of women's side effects listed on this site were happening, even though the USA FDA report does not list them. Many of the same side effects are listed for other products containing levonorgestrel such as the norplant (which currently does have a classaction lawsuit in action I believe)...CRAZY!
