Need help with parasite and liver flusing/cleanisng

Hello Dr. Sutter:

I am a Chronic Lyme sufferer so I take Antibiotics and many supplements long term. In the summer I will probably begin an herbal program to take a break from ABX (long story had Lyme for 30 years just diagnosed Feb 2006 - need long term treamtnet)

I am on my second round of Humaworm - done 90 days apart. I passed a couple of Liver Flukes on day 9 of my first cleanse but haven't "seen" anything this time but I was very ill for about 8 days with what felt like my typical Lyme die off (or Herxheimer reaction). This "die off" was more intense than what I've experienced in months and months.

A week prior to my second parasite cleanse I did my first Liver Flush. It was very tough on me and I was very sick for a day or two.

I read (somewhere!) that you recommend a more "gentle" flush but that you can't take any meds while doing it.

Was wondering what you would recommend for me as far as a parasite cleanse and liver cleanse/flush. I think I have liver stones - I didn't use a colendar so I don't know how many stones I passed but I did pass hundreds of the little green things as well as larger light brown ones (soft). When I had my gallbladder removed 10 years ago I was full of stones of all sizes - so I figure between the flukes and gallstones I must have stones in my liver. I also have mild pain in my liver from time to time. I take Liver Support (formerly Liv 52 by Himalaya) and despite taking many meds for two years, my liver enzymes have always been good,

Also, I feel like I still have a Liver Fluke problem - could this possibly have been resolved with just one parasite cleanse? Doesn't seem likely.
